Eligible for Return or Replacement

• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted

• Orders lost in transit

Must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (or 30 days from the estimated delivery date for lost packages) Provide your order number and photos of the issue

Not Eligible for Return

• Wrong size, color, or variant chosen by the customer

• Buyer’s remorse (changed mind)

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided

• Returns originating from outside of the United States
